"Music always was an essential part of my lifestyle" admits yeahman. Around 10 years ago he became really interested in the electronic genres, and especially in house music. Back in the day it was djs like Paul Oakenfold that got him into this, and he gradually started realizing the beauty and variety intelligent house music offered. Fascinated by the simplicity and pureness of progressive and deep house he couldn't help but fall in love with it. Always being on the creative side of things and inspired by djs like Hernan Cattaneo, Sasha and John Digweed, and with the help of friend & colleague d-phrag he started developing his mixing skills. Over the last decade the progressive sound has been a "life-shaping" factor in my life and the result is the Moonphases show.

yeahman is very discerning about the music he plays. He usually gathers inspiration from hours upon hours of listening to a very broad range of sounds. His unique style of mixing allows him to fuse seemingly contrasting music into harmonious sets. Laylla Dane first tantalized her tastebuds in electronic music at the tender age of 14. Overwhelmed by the power of this particular brand of music, Laylla Dane was not content to just be a regular visitor to a throbbing party and was very receptive to the introduction to the other side of the electronic world by Ataneus & Chester in 2002. A year later, the three of them united in the name of "Intelligente", whose main purpose was to tinge techno music with more ripened sounds. Her first attraction to Italian techno blossomed into electro sounds and eventually established her contemporary taste which is a compelling interpretation of minimalistic tech-house. For two years now, Laylla Dane has been a resident dj at Toba&Co bar. In December 2007 she was selected to participate in a DJ contest which took place at Chervilo Club - a home of electronic music that plays a leading role in the electronic scene in BG. Unpredictedly, her performance won the approval of the jury. As a result she was proposed to become a member of Back2Back dj agency - the host of the best Bulgarian djs. Presently, Laylla plays in various venues in Sofia and the future is bright for her.

A hugely sucessful model and at the same time one of the best bulgarian djs to date - that is what Chris' name stands for. With a truly unique and remarkable, yet at the same time deep and sexy style in both his professions he is one of the most suceccesful indviduals out there. As he says, "The thing I'm not THE BEST at, is yet to be created!"

Born in 1981 in Bulgaria, real name Stefan Kirov. For him everything started in 1996 with the popularization of electronic music in Bulgaria and bands like Orbital, Future Sound of London and Underworld. These artists made him love electronic music and are still among his favorite. Alongside with them he fell into the psychedelic trance music for the next couple of years until one day he heard those new progressive sounds. To name few artists and DJs that most influenced his music preferences - Cass & Slide, Sander Kleinenberg, Alex Metchev, Danny Tenaglia, Timewriter and many others. Later on in 2002 he started having his own parties at different clubs in Sofia (Deep Down, Hide) where he gained a lot of experience and good feedback. In 2006 he moved to the US where he continued to explore the new and evolving electronic music either by spinning at the local clubs or at some established on-line radios.

"speaking stones are playing long time looking at the sun" Rado Kuzev a.k.a Timetourist/speaking stone/ lives and works in Burgas, Bulgaria. He had graduated at School for Applied Arts "Kiril and Medotii". Bringed up by non-commercial parents, they gave his son freedom to do everything which he likes and feels doing best - painting and music. His first steps with propagandizing new digital underground music of the youth society makes with radio show "Lifeforms", where he presents artists form the electronic scene. Later he starts playing like a DJ in a local clubs and then in the whole country in cities like Veliko Turnovo, Gabrovo, Ruse, Pzardjik, Sofia, Plovdiv, Shumen.. etc. He had played with famous artists like X-DREAM, YAHEL, ASTRIX and participate with promoters like MAGRATHEA, VORTEX, VIVID DREAMS. I am Deep Z or Zdravko Hristov, 25 years old, software engineer from Sliven, Bulgaria. I like all types of music, when i feel the good music i listen it. The music is in my heart, i live with music in all of my life.

In 1997 I started to listen quality electronic music by producers like Prodigy, Westbam. Then in 1998 i was inspired by Paul Van Dyk, then Kyau vs. Albert, Fragma, Kai Tracid, Mauro Picotto, Antiloop. Later i started to listen house / tribal house, and discovered the progressive house genre. I was inspired of DJ's like D-Phrag, Tarkan, V-Sag, Guillaume Nyckees, Moshic, Kintar, G-Pal ... and many more. I felt in love with this music, it's like a drug for me. After i've listened many sets and tracks by different DJs / producers, i decided to try the magic of the mixing. I learned how to mix, some friends DJs helped me too. So after long practice and really hard work i entered in the magical word of the mixing.

Since 1 year i have own weekly radio show on Pure.FM (USA) www.pure.fm, i made guestmixes for Frisky Radio, Tribalmixes Radio, Danceradio.gr, i try to spread the good music as much as i can.

At the tender age of 11 Maiz was abducted by the Warewolf Women of the SS who, while keeping him in their secret underground headquarters, indulged in long listeingl sessions featuring 'The Prodigy', 'Orbital', 'Chemical Brothers', 'Underworld', 'FSOL' & 'Leftfield', just to name a few. After carrying out a brave escape plan Maiz gained back his freedom but the music that those Warewolf Women of the SS used to listen to left him deeply impressed. Hooked on the fresh new sound, Maiz soon developed an exquisite taste for quality electronic music. He dove deep into the myriad of styles in EDM, experimenting with house, techno, d'n'b, dub, breaks, trance and IDM.

Maiz soon began to DJ at school parties and events and together with his closest friend HereDisSound started a radio show at the school radio in 1996. During those early days electronic music was something completely new not only in his small hometown, but also in Bulgaria, and the sounds that came through the speakers caught teachers and fellow students off-guard - amazed and speechless. In 1998 Maiz helped his cousin - Versus - set up the first electronic music night in his hometown in the infamous Opium Club.

However, unfavorable coincidences halted his DJ-ing attempts in 1999 and Maiz had to focus his attention on boring schoolwork. Although he wasn't allowed to pursue his hobby any more, Maiz continued his love affair with electronic music with even stronger passion, focusing his attention primarily on the relentless techno sounds and the beautiful house melodies - the two styles he has kept closest to this day.

Fast forward to fall 2006 in Philadelphia, USA, and you'll find out that Maiz had just fulfilled his most sincere dream - he was able to lay his hands on a pair of Technics 1200s, a mixer and a handful of records. Long hours of practice soon followed and in a short time Maiz mastered the art of creative track blending.

Maiz indulges in playing both house and techno. His house sets are heavily influenced by the sound of NYC - they are an exquisite mixture of heavy bass lines, deep sounds, tribal drums & progressive melodies. Among his favorite labels are Stereo, Yoshitoshi, Twisted, Beatfreak, the Pure Music Label Group, Bedrock, GU, Hope - just to name a few. While playing Maiz always strives to create an eclectic blend of quality house grooves that relentlessly move the dancefloor.

MUSIC IS THE ANSWER! These are the words that have motivated Keekos through all his life. Now, at the age of 22, Keekos has been a resident DJ for almost two years at a local clubs. He has his passion for electronic music since 1999. Nowadays, trying not to get involved in the minimal wave, he�fs teaching the clubbers a proper tribal and progressive beats. Besides his work as a DJ, he also created a DJ booking agency, called Proper Booking. Keekos has played with famous Bulgarian DJs, and he has also had the opportunity to play with Edgar Canete (Spain), Jaimy (Amsterdam), and others.

Alex got hooked on house music as soon as compilations of clubs such as Ministry Of Sound (London) and IT (Amsterdam) finally made their way to his home country. Later, he came across with the vinyl of DJ Sneak ? Keep On Dancin�f, which had a great influence on his style preferences during the next few years. His development as a DJ and producer can be divided in two stages. During the first one he started producing his own tracks and played live at techno parties. Later, he started his serious work with the decks and the turntables, which gradually led him to the heart of the profession of the DJ. At that time he traveled around the country and played at numerous open air parties and festivals organized in different cities. Yet, in 2001, he decided to come back to his beloved house music sound and here started the second stage of his musical development. Around that time the fundaments of the Bulgarian house music scene were being laid and Alex became one of the main supporters, presenting the, so far, unknown music and culture to the people. Alex has gone through almost all styles in house - from deep, soulful, and progressive to funky, tech, and tribal house. This has seriously enriched his culture as a producer and DJ and even at the present moment it is hard to define him with a particular style. The most important thing is that the music he plays is pure, created with passion and love, and contains groove, soul, and funk and at the same time rage regardless of its format. Back in the days, Alex and Groovemasta together with their friend dj`s (Yassek, Desi, Joking, Giorgio B) has established the Adultempo Dance Music Management Co. with the purpose to develop the house culture in Bulgaria. At the same time the company presens new talents and luminaries from different music styles to the local fans. Now they look forward for working with Bulgarian musicians from different subcultures to expand their vision and feel for the music. Born in 1985, grown up in Sofia, Pavel starts listening to house music barely six years ago, especially tech house...pretty soon he realizes that his style is progressive music and 'till now this doesnt change. Influenced and inspired by names like Matthew Dekay, DJ TARKAN, Hernan Cattaneo, Martin Garcia, C-Jay, Eelke Kleijn and later Marcelo Vasami, Pablo Roma, Facundo Mohrr, NVO, Bs As Deep, & more .. till now this music becomes a way of living for him.

Andrew a.k.a Andrey Genchev is born on 8th of January 1985 in Sofia, Bulgaria. His interest in electronic music dates ten years till today. During the years, he was listening and was interested in very different styles in music, not only electronic and he took the positive from every each of it. In 2003-2004 he found the difference and beauty of progressive house. With the past years his taste changed and modified. He started playing at Bar Bedroom and became one of the resident DJs. At last this some kind of hobby changed his encirclement and leaded him to his present condition. Last summer he played with Livio (Romania), Claudio Holze (Arg) and some of the best BG DJs as well. Andrew is resident DJ at Bedroom Bar (www. barbedroom. com), and Bedroom Beach (www. bedroombeach. com), since the official opening in June 2006.

Lyubo was born on 5th of february 1985 year in Sofia. He was involved in music ever since his birthday . He founds electronic music sounds , after some of his friends in the neighbourhood play to him mixes of famous dj names like Antoine Clamaran , Victor Calderone and many more. After he starts visiting parties , he is very impressed of the atmosphere , people and everything whats happening there . At the moment Lyubo is playing in some of the most famous clubs in Bulgaria . Music which he's playin is mix of expressive , dynamic and groovy sounds.

Born in 1983, Alex's life is closely connected with music. He starts to play the piano at age 7 and later, influenced by artists such Westbam, Miss Kittin, Sven Vath, Underworld, he discovers the electronic sound. He spends the next few years developing the skills he acquired as a child and in the meantime he spins at some of the best clubs in Bulgaria.

Born in 1985 in Sofia - Bulgaria, Petar Delov's interest is captured by electronic music from an early age. He starts to attend parties and one day comes across a poster announcing a DJ competition led by one of his favorite DJs at the time DJ Yemo. He decides to give it a shot. As time goes by, Peter Delov decides that this is what he wants to devote his life to. Thereafter he takes part in and organizes parties in Sofia. He meets many people and djs along the way. As a result, he becomes the main Dj in many of the elite clubs in Sofia.

They met in 2004 and joined up in the studio. Under their current title Phonic Deep, they are coming up with their own unique sound style. Their tracks are deep, filled with energy and very rhythmic. They are expecting to get a label this year.

Kamen Dimitrov, aka Funkalyzer started as a DJ, when he and few of his friends decided to do underground parties around their city, which were very successful at that time. Then he started to play in small club called Deep Down where he was able to develop some of his skills as a DJ and his style of music. No long after, were his appearances in other clubs around his city. At the year of 2006 he teams with few of his friends from the promotional agency Adultempo and they started to do their own night at club Life House, called United In House. This was the year when he started to do his first music production steps under the moniker - Sliced Funk (myspace. com/slicedfunk), and after an year of beat making, he already had a track signed with one of the biggest US house labels - Om for a mix compliation done by DJ Mark Farina. He also has tracks signed and released digitally for labels like Kolour Recording, Black Crack, Shak Digital.. Funkalyzer is known for his diverse style of music, his sets goes from deep, funky house to more techier and dark rhythms, with an acid house flavor. His favourite Djs and role models are names like Derrick Carter, Justin Long, Fred Everything, JT Donaldson, Asad Rizvi and etc.

Lancandon is the moniker of Georgi Nikolov. He was born in 1985 in Montana, Bulgaria. He started his musical experience as a singer and synth player for a hardcore band in 1999. In 2000, he left hardcore and started his path into electronic music. He produced some tracks with commercial software, and started playing progressive at small parties. His style is based on soulful, dark tracks .He colaborate total with different kind of styles between dark deep dark psy , sometime more fresh tunes for clubbers ! Typical is it the ethnic darkness inside of his long sets , on this way he present hiself and his soul to the ppl, deep feelings never stop into his compostions ! Music has always been an inseparable part of Vasil�fs life. Regardless of whether he would be lying down on his living room�fs floor, idling the day away with ears pressed against a couple of booming speakers,traveling or simply do nothing. For him, music is the connection between reality and our perception of it, a source of new ideas and a catalyst for their coming to life. Listening to different music styles (commercial or underground) such as heavy metal, hip-hop, dance and techno provide ample chances for Vasil to perceive music from different angles and enrich his music culture in his teenage years before becoming obsessed with progressive house. His interest in the electronic music scene guides him to various emblematic places and events in the late 90s. Inspired by the electrifying party atmosphere he becomes curious as to how a party event works �gon the inside�h ? the DJ-ing, event organization, sound systems, lighting and effects, and so one. When he takes a job as a DJ and VJ in a local club, Vasil takes advantage of each opportunity to meet and get acquainted with popular Bulgarian and foreign DJs and producers.Deep knowledges of electronics and hardware helps him �gsee and hear�h things in a complex way that reaffirms his interest in DJ-ing, and subsequently in music production. My name is Pavel Siderov and my dj nickname is Pafel. I was born on 6th of March 1984. Since I was kid I got interested in music and started collecting great amount of disco and hip hop tapes. On other hand my singing qualities were pretty poor so everybody was thinking that I am a music invalid. So in spite of everybody I said that I want to be a dj. The other thing that inspired me was a dj contest that I watched when I was young. When the time passed and Internet technology occurred I started to collect more and more music. Later on I managed to get the required technique and six years ago I started to present the music that I liked. At the very beginning I played funky/Chicago house and some techno. My style changed since then and lately I started to be more professional in my hobby.

Right now I can describe my style as a mix of deep, funky, vocal, tech & acid house even minimal elements sometimes. Through the years my style get affected from artists like Roy Davis Jr., Johny Fiasco, Cassius, BadBoyBill, Joey Beltram, Jimpster as well as the disco, 90s hip hop, jazz music and funk.

My dj participations became more frequent for the last two years. At that moment I have weekly residence in Toba&Co, and I am also playing in Mono Club. Not a long time ago I used to participate in different parties at Lifehouse. My main reason for doing this is to entertain myself and the crowd with the music that I like. This is not a thing that I am doing for a living so I have the freedom to play the music that I like and not to pay attention to the mainstream.

I am also involved into a project called Menta Session ( http://mentasession.org ). In that project we are trying to present to the public different music styles that we like by mixes from Bulgarian artists. Our music varies from jazz, funk and disco to house and techno.

The name Dencho Denchev (DJ Denchev), appeared on the music scene in the mid 90’s, when as a teenager he supports the development of music trends in one of the most popular clubs in his native town in Bulgaria. Barely aged 15, he makes his first steps as independent DJ in “Vodoo” club. Next to follow are a lot of participations in attractive local clubs, where Denchev clearly demonstrates he is definitely not a fan of the commercial sound which by that time has influenced most of Bulgaria. Impressed by the house music he introduces it more progressive, dynamic, with deep tech and vocal elements….His sound is sometimes a bit minimalistic, but he takes into consideration the crowd and the place being involved. DJ Denchev quickly becomes famous after creating the “Reverse” Project , which is strictly dedicated to house music and as proved leader in organizing and promoting the biggest events in Stara Zagora and the surrounding areas.

D.Denchev has played side by side with DJs such as Sultan (Canada), Jason Jollins ( USA ), DJ Tarkan (Turkey), V-Sag (Greece), DJ Federico Epis (Uruguay), Facundo Mohrr ( Argentina ) , dPen (Greece) ,Kintar & Rex (Argentina),DJ Ruby (Malta),Paul Soul (UK) and many more. He had a resident nights in the best clubs in Bulgaria: Club Mania – (Sunny Beach), Club Phobia (Stara Zagra) and avery week he is a quest dj at other famous clubs in his country.With few international gigs in Germany (Party Raum – Munich) in 2005, club “Madmax” also in Munich in 2006 ,club 212 (Istanbul - Turkey 2007) and Club “PASHA” – Romania in 2007. Today the name of D.Denchev is firmly established among the leading names in the Bulgarian electronic scene. Denchev is mainly attracted in producing music and when his first track “Close and feel” appeared in the charts of world famous DJs it showed the start of his presence on the world electronic scene as well.

The fisrt sound, which Georgi Kozhuharov produced on 1 of september 1988 gave a start of the progressive life of Dar-K. He spent his early years roaming between music and sport. People have told him that he could make a musical career like a singer but he prefered sport. This decision helped him to growing up a healthy and goodfitting boy. With this growing up and his sence about music. About 8-9 years ago he faced with electronic music. Inspite of that he has been a little boy yet, he realised that he really felt this kind of music. Òhrough the years he learnd more about it and trying to found his own style. There are same more special producers, which influenced over him and helped him to find it - Martin Garcia, Tarkan, Sultan, Facundo Mohr, G-Pal and Marcelo Vasmi. He passed over many styles - funky, club, deep, tech, tribal, progessive, minimal. This brings him the chance to extend his knowledge about music. And than... it came the first bigger success about him - he had the courage to make his own radio show on TM Radio in November 2006 called 'Better Feeling'. Òhrough the borders of show he met a lot of different DJs and producers. They helped him to enriched his musical culture. People start to identify him and to like the music he's played. In the begining of 2007 he became a part of Reverse Booking, where he had the opportunity to work with other very talanted musitions like Kintar, Rex, dPen, Federico Epis, D.Denchev and other. He pulled his time with music and a bit of economic lessons for the univesity, where he's studying. Dar-K has been working over his own projects, which you will be able to hear soon... so stay tuned.

DJ Chovec, also known as Plamen Kunov, was born on February 15 1988 in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Among other things his passion are the graphic and web design. Dj mixing is more like a hobby for him, as he likes to relax listening to the pleasant sounds of the electronic music. He is gaining polurity by being a resident DJ at DarkSideBar in Plovdiv and he is looking forward for the big scene. He had his own show on the late ADN Alternative (R.I.P), "Progressive Minds", and after he met DJ Sinai they decided to join efforts for show's hosting. They changed the name of the show to "The Savagery Show', but unfortunately ADN Alternative has been closed soon after that.
