The show, conceived and hosted by Dan Freeman and co-hosted by Petro, while demonstrating all aspects of electronic dance music, concentrates above all on top quality underground house music. The primary focus is on presenting new talent; however, the show also includes returning exclusive guest appearances from the established Canadian music acts. Toronto native Dan Freeman, a veteran dj/producer of the Canadian scene, is no stranger to the global dance music community, where he continually promotes the Canadian dance scene. With his music production signed to labels such as Polytechnic Recordings, Eclectic Records and Generation Recordings, and having played with some of the world's most recognized acts at some of the world's most famous venues, Dan Freeman will occasionally record exclusive sets for the show.

Steve Martin started to mix 21 years ago. He was a resident DJ for 7 years in New Brunswick and was a great old school House and Dance music DJ. Now as a new electronic DJ he only plays Tech House, Electro, minimal, and house using the latest and newest technologies such as, Traktor pro 3, Ableton live 8, Launchpad and his own modified Allen & Heath xone units.

Steve has a real unique way of mixing 3 to 4 tracks simultaneously most of his set while adding sounds, and music arrangements from Ableton. He has been a resident DJ on Virtual DJ radio, and is now resident DJ on groovenrg.ca and danceradio.ca.

Steve played this summer at Fresh Beats in NB. He was featured on the new DJ show Spin le DJ on TV Rogers in Ottawa Canada. He also produced a couple of tracks under the Omerta Records Canada label. His tracks are available on www.djtunes.com and a few other online stores.
